1. Studio Services & Scope

All brand identity and Framer architecture projects are governed by the specific scope of work outlined in your custom project proposal. Any architectural adjustments or design requests outside of the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional billing.

2. Financial Terms

Payments: Project timelines commence only upon receipt of the initial deposit. Final deliverables and code handoff will be executed once the final project invoice is cleared.
Digital Assets: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products (such as Framer templates, UI kits, and design resources), all digital asset sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific details.

Client Ownership: Upon full and final payment, you receive complete ownership and commercial rights to the final brand identity and web architecture delivered to you.
Studio Rights: Vizualogy retains the right to display the completed project, early concepts, and raw architecture in our portfolio, on social media, and in studio marketing materials to showcase our expertise.

4. Performance & Liability

While we engineer our Framer builds for maximum speed, SEO optimization, and flawless responsiveness, Vizualogy is not liable for third-party platform changes (e.g., Framer updates, Google algorithm shifts) that may affect site performance post-launch.

5. Contractual Boundaries

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate projects, or cancel digital asset access if a client violates these terms or engages in unprofessional conduct. In the event of project cancellation by the client, all deposits are non-refundable to cover studio time and architecture already engineered.
